Notes: Sweet holy Chardonnay, wine man! This fruit came in oh so sweet, which was both a blessing and a curse. We had way more than expected (the curse), and there was quite a bit of mold (botrytis) on it. A shame, really. However, after sorting all the mold out by hand (Yes, 3 hours on a sorting table, all 7 tons were cleaned up nicely) we ended up with what we wanted (volume wise) in the first place (blessing).
