Notes: Surrounded by mountains, this town is spectacular when a storm sets in. Obviously this isn't the main part of town, but it suits just fine. Besides Dunedin, Queenstown is one of the southernmost sizeable cities of New Zealand. Bordered by it's impressive mountains, Queenstown is a hustling and bustling city during the winter months for a ski season.
