One of these days, I'm actually going to figure out what I want to do with my life. Photography? Maybe. Winemaking? A greater chance at getting a well paying job, but you don't get to show everybody what you do. Only the adult crowd gets to see. A shame really... I digress.

And another thing that'll happen soon enough, can anyone guess it? Anyone? At all? Of course not! Why? It's because I'm that unpredictable. Believe it or not, I'm ACTUALLY going to start having a real blog. Even if it's just little random blah-blah entries, something will pop up once a week (if not more often) about things going on in my life, at work and all that jazz. So, should Fridays be the day? Ellephino... For this one I'm really going to need some input. Also, ideas for future blog entries so you people don't get bored with what I have to say. I b'lieve I can safely assume that "I filled some barrels with wine today" would get really boring, really fast, so I'm asking you to help me out.

A few ideas have been running about my head about what I should do for this blog. Obviously (during vintage anyway) I don't really have enough time to travel, and write, and say what a grand world this is, fact is, I'm too busy (not to be confused with lazy, that'll come later). Things are, in fact, toning down at the winery, which'll be a nice change of pace. A little more barrel oriented work is my style anyway. If you haven't sorted Pinot Noir grapes before, you're not missin' much. Kinda fun to talk to the other people you're sorting with though... (Wow, I don't know if anyone's caught on yet, but this is quite possibly the most random blog post ever. Like it? Read on!)

Rackings are complete, sorting is complete, fermentations is just about finished on all the wines. A bit of the yeast has been slackin' and they haven't changed all the sugar into alcohol yet. Dang them. Dang them to heck! Actually, not really. Yes, they've stopped fermenting, but that just means I'm on the job for longer, getting more hours (w00h00!), and as we all know, hours are everything!

Anyway, I hope I've thoroughly confused you with this nonsense gibberish of a blog. Hopefully (if you're lucky) I'll have one next Friday. A little more thought out than this pile of consonants, and vowels.
